"My model isn't working
with half of my clients!"

Maybe you're doing it just like they trained you, but still feel hopeless with certain clients.

Perhaps you find that clients keep resisting you and the things you know will help them.

Or maybe you're just sick and tired of the pressure to always have an answer...

That's why I train therapists in Meta-skills for Clinical Excellence.

Research shows us that there are skills, outside of our models, which contribute a TON to how effective we are with clients.

What are these skills?

First

Motivation:

Let's make therapy frictionless.

We show you how to tailor your approach so you're always working with, instead of against, the client's motivation.

Second

Persuasion:

We're not into coercing, tricking or pressuring clients to change.

But we can show you how to explain therapy in a way that clients show up more engaged and hopeful.

Third

Experiencing:

Sometimes it feels like clients use us as a "rent-a-friend".

We give you the map and the tools to guide your clients toward a deeper, more transformative emotional encounter.

Fourth

Body Language:

Nonverbal communication is powerful, often speaking louder than words.

We teach you to read nonverbal behaviors so that you're more attuned with clients.

"I reversed my burnout as a clinician with these skills..."

You don't need another model.

The question isn't whether or not you know your model — it's more if you know when to use it.

We've built a set of skills which takes you from lost to confident.

What people say:

Aneta Bukowska (translated from Polish)

For me, analyzing my ideas for responses and the coding training were helpful.

Joanna Basaj (translated from Polish)

Highlighting the importance of recognizing the phenomenon of resistance in the therapy process was helpful.

Aleksander (translated from Polish)

What was helpful? Expanding my thinking about client motivation as a broader process inextricably linked to the therapeutic relationship. Learning about the different types of silence haha.

Annie Power (translated from Polish)

A chance to hold a magnifying glass over certain moments in a sesssion

Kamila Kaminska (translated from Polish)

For me, it was helpful to see what I think is a helpful intervention, and then discuss in the group whether it actually is so, or not.

Aneta Bukowska (translated from Polish)

The 1-4 distinction; determining where motivation is, when resistance begins, and analyzing this using specific statements.

Magdalena Migda (translated from Polish)

The pace of work was helpful for me; it enabled the development of a reflective mindset regarding therapeutic interventions and their impact on the "here and now" process during the session.

Marta Jarmołowicz (translated from Polish)

Watching session recordings and analyzing them in real-time (therapist interventions, client behavior).

Creating my own interventions for client behaviors to decrease or increase resistance.

Pointing out that this model can be applied from the very beginning of work with a client, unlike other models.

Martin Skurla

Very helpful - 1. doing the actual coding, 2. talking through it so that we can understand misunderstandings, 3. practical - whether the same interventions are useful or not depends on the context (e.g. is there resistence)?

Irmina Rakun

I appreciate that all members could be involved in process, that help me get brighter picture of every moment of process.
